Founder of the import company RGA and it's drift team, Misfire. Watt has been watching Sparki drift through the mountain passes for sometime and believes Sparki is the foretold Import Senpai, the plug that contains the ZPE-Drive processor chip that was prophesied to return before the next major car show/drift competition. A processor so rare it only it's only said to appear once a century. Watt believed it so much that it ordered the R34 Skyline that the Import Senpai was said to drive when It returned. After the R34 gets destroyed leaving only the engine. Watt stops believing just in the prophecy and starts believing in Sparki after Tricity swapped its engine into the Suzuki Carry Delivery truck and Sparki showed undeniable conviction.
